Description
Mount Rainier peeks out of the fog, towering over Paradise Valley, near Paradise Resort in Mount Rainier National Park. Mount Rainier makes it's own atmosphere and therefore is quite frequently shrouded in clouds and fog, especially in the morning.

Thank you.....but I give all the praise to the Mountain. Some of the Cascades Mountains are so huge, they seem close because they are so visible....but you really have to travel quite a ways to get there. Mount Rainier is one of those. Mount Hood in Oregon is another.
