Description
NorthHead Lighthouse is in Ilwaco State Park in Washington State. Situated near the Washington - Oregon boarder, it is near Cape Disapointment Lighthouse in the same park. For this textured effect, I projected the slide on a screen and then in between the screen and my camera I placed a piece of textured glass.
